A big drop of glass in a vivid lime color, this magnet is our largest foundation gem in terms of volume. It's truly an accent for your moodboard and acts as a statement piece - while still letting your memories shine through underneath.
Details

Material: Glass
Color: Vivid Lime
Size: 30 - 35 mm
Ideal For: Tela, Moodboards, magnetic bulletin boards, refrigerators

Each glass gem is made by hand, so it lacks perfection (so familiar). Colors and shape may vary slightly from the one pictured; that's the nature of a handmade piece, not a flaw to correct.

Frequently asked questions F r e q u e n t l y   a s k e d   q u e s t i o n s

If you didn't find an answer you were looking for, write to us at hello@telaframes.com.

We will be happy to help!
How to mount the frame?

Your TELA arrives without a mounting system, so you’ll need to choose the right one for your space. If you want to hang your frame, remember that walls can be different – always use fixings suitable for yours. Any standard frame nail or hook will work on our end.

If you’re looking for a renter-friendly option, try our TELA stand. We do not recommend using mounting tape – TELA is secure enough to hold your memories, but we can’t guarantee the same for adhesive solutions.

Once TELA is safely in place, what it holds, and how, is entirely up to you.
How to care for Tela?

Steel gains character over time. Small scratches become part of its history – sounds familiar?

Wipe the surface with a soft microfibre cloth. Every so often, treat it with a product made for stainless steel to preserve its sheen.

The rest will take care of itself.
Can I make changes after completing my order?

Change is part of the process. Contact us at hello@telaframes.com as soon as possible, to describe what should be modified.

If your order has not yet been processed, we’ll do our best to update it. Once it has begun its journey, changes are no longer possible.
What is the reuturn policy?

You have 14 days to decide wether TELA is your thing or not.

Returned pieces must be unused and undemaged.

Write to us at hello@telaframes.com with your order number, and we’ll send you the return instructions.

Pack each piece carefully (preferably in its original packaging) so that it reaches us safely.

Once your return reaches us, we’ll inspect it and issue the refund to your original payment method within 7 business days. Your bank or payment provider may need a little additional time for the funds to appear in your account.
What countries are you shipping to?

TELA currently travels to all EU countries.

If your destination does not appear at checkout, write to us at hello@telaframes.com and we’ll let you know what is possible.
How long the shipping takes?

We prepare and dispatch orders within 2 business days. Once your TELA begins its journey, delivery usually takes:

  • Poland: 2 business days
  • European Union: 2-6 business days
  • Other destinations: depending on the adress

Delivery times are estimates and may vary slightly during especially busy periods.
How much does the shipping cost?

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout, depending on destination and order value. Free of charge delivery is applied to orders above 135 euro.

You will always see the final cost before completing your order.
Do you take custom orders?

We are always open on collaborating with our community. If you have a unique idea about what your TELA should look like (custom colors, engravings, etc.) let us know!
