TELA is an idea as simple as the world of our childhood. It's the board hanging above your desk, that held your whole life. A transformation of the girl you were into the woman you are. Expression into sentiment, and sentiment into expression. It's your place in life, that can hold fully everything you offer.

We will be happy to help!
Your TELA arrives without a mounting system, so you’ll need to choose the right one for your space. If you want to hang your frame, remember that walls can be different – always use fixings suitable for yours. Any standard frame nail or hook will work on our end.
If you’re looking for a renter-friendly option, try our TELA stand. We do not recommend using mounting tape – TELA is secure enough to hold your memories, but we can’t guarantee the same for adhesive solutions.
Once TELA is safely in place, what it holds, and how, is entirely up to you.
Steel gains character over time. Small scratches become part of its history – sounds familiar?
Wipe the surface with a soft microfibre cloth. Every so often, treat it with a product made for stainless steel to preserve its sheen.
The rest will take care of itself.
Change is part of the process. Contact us at hello@telaframes.com as soon as possible, to describe what should be modified.
If your order has not yet been processed, we’ll do our best to update it. Once it has begun its journey, changes are no longer possible.
You have 14 days to decide wether TELA is your thing or not.
Returned pieces must be unused and undemaged.
Write to us at hello@telaframes.com with your order number, and we’ll send you the return instructions.
Pack each piece carefully (preferably in its original packaging) so that it reaches us safely.
Once your return reaches us, we’ll inspect it and issue the refund to your original payment method within 7 business days. Your bank or payment provider may need a little additional time for the funds to appear in your account.
TELA currently travels to all EU countries.
If your destination does not appear at checkout, write to us at hello@telaframes.com and we’ll let you know what is possible.
We prepare and dispatch orders within 2 business days. Once your TELA begins its journey, delivery usually takes:
- Poland: 2 business days
- European Union: 2-6 business days
- Other destinations: depending on the adress
Delivery times are estimates and may vary slightly during especially busy periods.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout, depending on destination and order value. Free of charge delivery is applied to orders above 135 euro.
You will always see the final cost before completing your order.
We are always open on collaborating with our community. If you have a unique idea about what your TELA should look like (custom colors, engravings, etc.) let us know!
